The highly-anticipated release of Drake’s “Forever” music video, which features Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Eminem, has landed online and includes cameos by NBA All-Star LeBron James and Slaughterhouse.
Initially slated to debut on BET’s “106 & Park,” the music video began to spread online shortly afterward Tuesday (September 22) evening.
Opening up with LeBron James rocking a pair of shades and beginning a computer Poker application, Drake, Eminem, Lil Wayne and Kanye West appear throughout various snap shots. Drizzy starts the track off with a hoody and switching between two scenes flashing at the same time. There are also quick instances of LeBron James footage as a child showing his growth to a superstar. Yeezy enters the video to sparkling flickers of fire with a vest jacket and shades spitting his bars. As Wayne’s scene approaches, James has reached his high school success. Wayne, decked with ice in his teeth and black shades, is surrounded by females on a couch with brief instances of fire shots. Wrapping everything up are shots of James as a Cleveland Cavalier with Eminem giving his rap. Surrounded with his own entourage which includes Slaughterhouse, Em spits flares of lyricism in a dark empty area. (”Forever”)
James recently revealed how he was able to scoop the foursome for “Forever” which coincides with his new documentary and soundtrack, More Than A Game.
